Crownlands1. Agreement and operator
These Terms govern access to Crownlands, operated by Kiryl Yasinski in Lithuania. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
The current release is a free closed beta. These Terms do not create a right to future paid features, releases or continued access.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old. If the law where you live requires parental or guardian permission, you must have that permission. Crownlands is not directed to children.
You may use the service only where doing so is lawful. You must not use it in violation of sanctions, export controls or other applicable restrictions.
3. Accounts and security
- Provide accurate sign-in information and keep it current.
- Choose a lawful username and keep your password and devices secure.
- Do not share, sell, automate or impersonate accounts.
- Notify thecrownlandsgame@gmail.com if you suspect unauthorized access.
You are responsible for activity performed through your account unless it resulted from a failure within Crownlands that you could not reasonably prevent.
4. Fair play and acceptable conduct
You must not:
- harass, threaten, discriminate against or expose personal information about another person;
- use hateful, sexually exploitative, unlawful or deliberately deceptive names, profile content, avatars or maps;
- cheat, coordinate ratings, exploit defects, interfere with matches or use unauthorized automation;
- probe, disrupt, overload, reverse engineer beyond rights granted by law, or bypass security and access controls;
- upload malware, infringing material or content you do not have the right to use;
- use Crownlands or its community features for spam, fraud or commercial solicitation.
Game-specific mechanics, including alliances, betrayal and resignation, are allowed when performed through the intended rules and are not by themselves misconduct.
5. User content
You retain ownership of lawful content you create, such as profile text, avatar images and custom maps. You grant the operator a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, reproduce, adapt for technical display, distribute and show that content only as needed to operate, secure and promote Crownlands. The license ends when the content is deleted, except for copies lawfully retained in shared match records, security evidence or backups.
You confirm that your content does not violate another person's rights. The operator may restrict visibility, remove content, suspend accounts and preserve relevant evidence when reasonably necessary to enforce these Terms, protect users or comply with law.
For an urgent content or safety report, email thecrownlandsgame@gmail.com with the username, map or room involved and a concise description. Do not include passwords or session tokens.
6. Closed beta service
Crownlands is under active development. Features, game balance, saved matches, availability and compatibility may change. Maintenance and defects can interrupt access. We will use reasonable care but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation.
Do not rely on beta game data as your only copy of information that matters to you. There are currently no purchases or real-money prizes in Crownlands.
7. Crownlands materials
The service software, game systems, branding, artwork and documentation are owned by the operator or their respective licensors. Subject to these Terms, you receive a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the beta for personal, non-commercial entertainment and testing.
Third-party components and assets remain subject to their own notices and licenses. No Crownlands trademark or branding right is granted.
8. Suspension, departure and deletion
You may stop using Crownlands at any time and can schedule account deletion in Account Settings. Final deletion occurs after a seven-day cancellation period as described on the Account Deletion page.
The operator may warn, limit, suspend or terminate access for a material or repeated breach, security risk, legal requirement or service shutdown. Where reasonable, the action will be proportionate and an appeal can be sent to the contact email.
Deletion removes account identity but does not rewrite a finished shared match for all other participants. The historical player name and gameplay may remain in the shared replay without a stable account ID or avatar.
9. Warranties and liability
To the extent permitted by law, the beta is provided as available and without promises beyond those expressly stated here. The operator is not liable for indirect or unforeseeable loss, loss caused by prohibited use, or events outside reasonable control.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded, or limits mandatory consumer rights available where you live.
10. Law, changes and contact
These Terms are governed by Lithuanian law, without removing mandatory protections or courts available to consumers under applicable law. The parties should first try to resolve a dispute by contacting each other.
Material changes will be posted with a revised effective date and, where appropriate, announced in the service. Continued use after the effective date means the updated Terms apply.
